Mrs Salt visited Niue in the holidays and did the Ice babies science activity with Mrs Drinkrow’s class of Year 6 students. The ice melted much more quickly than it did at Tomarata. It was just as well we had big ice cubes. It was great to see Emma so settled in her new school and home. She would be in Room 5 if she was still living in Tomarata.

Lovely to see you enjoying your visit, I bet the children loved the ‘Ice Baby’ experiment! I hope Emma has the opportunity to look at our Tomarata Blogs so that she can catch up on our school news.
That looks like so much fun – lucky Mrs Salt
Hello Tomarata School and Mrs Salt,
It was lovely to see you on the Rock. My class of year 6 children really enjoyed the ice experiments. We have since being doing more science experiments which they love doing. Thanks Mrs Salt for the laminated copies of science experiments form Tomarata School. We have done the balloon experiments. We are busy getting ready for our Prizegiving in a couple of weeks. Busy practising dances and ukelele playing and songs for the day. All the best for the rest of the year. Love the Drinkrow family, Niue.
