NZ’s is having a vote to decide who wants the present flag or the new flag. They post a voting paper to all New Zealanders. Will it be the new flag or the old flag?
I want the new flag because it represents New Zealand. I like the new flag because it has a fern on it. People will not confuse it with Australia’s flag.
There used to be 53 countries with the Union Jack on their flag but there are only 4 countries with it now. I think that was a lot of countries with the same thing on their flag.
The government has already spent a lot of money on flying the 5 flags we could choose from. What do you think? Let’s get a new flag New Zealand.
