Yesterday NED came to Tomarata School to teach us 3 lessons; Never give up, encourage others and do your best. At the beginning the person presenting NED told us about her unusual morning. Like every morning NED would be waiting outside for the person presenting NED but yesterday morning he wasn’t. Then aliens came and NED caught a plane to London. He saw the union jack and then flew to Paris. He saw the Eiffel Tower and caught a escalator to the top of the tower. He saw a woman and she told her what he should do and then NED rushed back down the tower and to the airport. When he arrived at New Zealand he went up to a police officer to ask how to get to Tomarata. Unfortunatelyl it was an alien and they put him in a rocket and the chief alien said, “Were going to launch you to Jupiter. Ma ha ha ha”. Then NED said he was going to do the right thing and the aliens let him go.
Then we had to mush stuff about being a champion in to our brain. Next some people were asked questions about what it means to be a champion. Molly won and she got 2 prizes: A balloon hat and the boomerang yoyo. Next we were split in to 2 and we had to say something to the other side. We were also told what NED means and the secrets along with it. Each one was put up on to the picture of Ned.
Later on in the show we had to turn to the teacher, pupil to pupil and say something to each other.
