On Thursday we went to the Maritime Museum to begin our camp. We sailed under the Harbour Bridge. After lunch we explored the museum. There were lots of games to play. Then we began our walk to Britomart where we caught a train to New Lynn.
Once we were at camp, we set up our beds and had dinner and supper. Next we went to the Auckland Observatory, where we learnt about space. We saw all the constellations and watched a movie. Then we talked about day and night. Next we had a quiz. My team won. After that, we looked through the telescopes and viewed the moon. Then we went to bed.
Next day, we packed up our camp and did the challenge valley and the flying fox. After some morning tea, we went to Wenderholm and had lunch. The ducks tried to eat our lunch. After lunch, we went to the beach. Then we came back to school.
