We were on holiday when ANZAC day was celebrated but we still wanted to make some ANZAC biscuits. We learnt that these biscuits were made by people and sold to raise funds to help out the soldiers at war. The recipe didn’t have eggs in it because eggs were hard to purchase during war time. Unfortunately, our finished product was not 100% successful because some of them got burnt!!
