We did a science activity with Mrs Dunn involving air pressure.  We filled a glass to the top with water, put a card on top of the glass and then turned the glass upside down.  We took our hands away and noticed that the card stayed on the glass, even though we were not holding it.  The air pressure from outside the glass kept the card in place.  It was great fun finding out about air pressure.
