This week our science investigation was about observing what happens when we mix oil and water and then add food coloring and salt. We observed how the oil always stayed on top of the water. The oil was less dense than the water.

Oil and water don’t mix. But I can see that keeping a science journal and thinking are a great combination. Excellent work. Just like scientists. Observations, thinking, explanations. Terrific.
Great collaboration and cooperation skills being used as well. These guys are good at sharing their thoughts and taking turns to try out their ideas.
