Bread tag Racing Boats

We turned bread tags into racing boats in our science investigation this week. We carefully floated a bread tag on the surface of the water in a desk tray. Then we dropped a little bit of detergent in the hole of the tag. The boat zoomed away. The detergent molecules reacted with the water molecules.
